It takes two to tango

On the 2nd of February, Paule was visited by Vilma from the German kennel Better Off. We’ll soon know whether their promising meeting was indeed successful. Vilma is a VDH champion and has passed multiple hunting and working tests. Even more information can be found on the Better Off homepage.

A successful birth

A summer dream with a happy ending: On the 3rd of October, Riana from the kennel Golden Paradise Valley gave birth to 10 perfectly healthy black puppies. Everyone’s fit as a fiddle and we’re eagerly watching the little ones’ development. We’ll give you an update on the puppies very soon.

Last Month, Paule accomplished two great achievements. He passed a hunting exam called Jagdeignungsprüfung mit Schweißarbeit und lebender Ente (JEPs) which translates to hunting aptitude test including a blood track and a live duck. Additionally, he was granted the title German Champion from the VDH after gaining his final CAC at the German Winner Show in Gelsenkirchen. He now holds both German Champion titles.

We couldn’t be more proud of him. Let’s see what else the future holds…

A summer dream

There’s some marvellous news to announce this summer! The mating between Riana and Paule, which had been originally rescheduled for the end of this year, was able to take place in early August. The two had a very productive get-together and it is with great anticipation that we’re looking forward to the puppies in October.

The terrific two

Two wonderful liver-coloured puppies were born on the 16th of May. Their mother Paula is doing well and the dynamic duo has developed splendidly. Loui & Kara have already arrived at their human families.

Paula & Paule went on a date

Paula from the German kennel UP2U visited Paule on the 14th of March. The two immediately got along well and the rendezvous’ success was confirmed on the 8th of April via ultrasound. More information concerning Paula can be found on UP2U’s homepage.

Maisy brought six boys and four girls into this world on the 15th of March. There were no complications during birth and both the mother and her whelps are doing well. You can follow the puppies weekly progress on the Swallowsflight homepage in the form of pictures and videos.

Time for patience

Unfortunately, due to the current quarantine measures, Paule's planned mating with Riana will be rescheduled to a later date as international travel isn't feasable at the moment. We'll let you know when there are new developments.
